Granted, the best way to search for properties is in front of a computer at my office at the Jim Allen Group so that we can discuss the merits of each property and refine our searches more easily to come up with a list of top prospects. But when we can't be together and you're out just traveling around the Triangle market wouldn't it be nice to always have access to information about homes listed in the Triangle Multiple Listing Service. Then you can provide that list to me and we can review the properties to make sure they meet your needs, wants and budget before scheduing a showing appointment.
